My path hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve lived through addiction and recovery, trauma, divorce, toxic relationships, and the loss of both my parents. I know how hard it can be to lose your footing, question yourself, and figure out how to begin again.

I’m sharing that because I want you to know you don’t have to hide the hard parts here. My experiences don’t mean I know exactly what you’re going through, but they have shaped the way I show up—as a counselor who listens without judgment and meets you where you are. You don’t need the perfect words or a plan. We can talk it through and take the next step together.
